I’ve worked in recruitment for over a decade. I started in agencies, where I learned how to scout top talent and get them to open up to the possibility of exploring new career opportunities.

And I was good at it. I made hundreds of successful placements and won the President’s Club award multiple times.

As much as I loved working for agencies, I began to suspect something was wrong with the process…
