#1 Contingency Recruitment

Contingency Seach is best for:

People who are new to outsourced recruitment because it gives them a risk-free way to try us out

Those who have had a bad experience with recruitment

Pricing:

  • 20% of hired candidate’s base salary – non-executive roles
  • 25% of hired candidate’s base salary – executive roles

Payment Terms: Only payable if a presented candidate is hired. 100% due at time of hire.

#2 Retained Recruitment

Retained Seach is best for:

People who have worked with us before because it offers them a lower-priced option and they know we get results

Executive searches

Pricing:

  • 15% of hired candidate’s base salary – non-executive roles
  • 20% of hired candidate’s base salary – executive roles

Payment Terms: 25% due upon project launch, 25% due upon candidate presentation, 50% due at time of hire.

What’s the difference?

The services you receive in the Contingency and the Retained packages are exactly the same. The main difference between the two is the fee structure.

The contingency option is preferred by people who are new to recruitment because it gives them a risk-free way to try it out – you don’t pay unless you hire.

Retained recruitment is the preferred option of returning customers because the cost is lower and they know first-hand we always deliver the results they’re looking for.

Both options come with a 6-month replacement guarantee.

How much does this cost?

Our rates are based on a percentage of the new hire’s annual salary. The rate depends on which package you choose (see options here).

How does the 6-month guarantee work?

For any clients on the Contingency or Retained Recruitment packages, we offer a 6-month replacement guarantee. This means that if your new hire leaves within the first 6 months, we will go through the full recruitment process with you again to replace them – at no additional cost to you.

Do you just recruit for sales and executive positions?

 No! We do specialize in those areas, but once we get to know a business well, it gets easier to understand their needs and who makes a good team member. With support from the internal HR staff, we build an understanding of the culture and often move on to help fill other roles.
